WHAT IS RECORD BREAKER MONTH
30 to 50 percent of our sales are generated during the last quarter of the year. Recruiting is always at an all-time high during this period. So Record Breaker is designed by Tupperware to help you get your business in full bloom for this Fall Season. It’s a program designed to help you generate more income.
October is Record Breaker Month. Tupperware will put on fantastic specials for your October Hosts to get more FREE Tupperware than in any other time of the year. This is the best month ever for any Host to have a party in! These incentives for your Hosts will help you date more parties into the fall season. Tupperware will also put on fantastic programs for you as well to earn. This will give you that little extra motivation to get your business right on track for the fall season.
Record Breaker is also about Breaking Records from Previous Selling Years. With this comes great rewards and recognition from Tupperware! So this is also a month to have your best sales ever!

PREPARING FOR YOUR FALL SELLING SEASON
Ok, so the kids are now back in school. You took a good look at your calendar and realized that you need parties! You were so busy enjoying your summer that you forgot you have a business to tend to.
Here are a few ideas to get you back on track.
Your Datebook
Take a serious look at your datebook and highlight every day that you would like to work your business in October.
Calls
Get out list of names and start making your calls now. These names could include people that you have spoken to about the business, from your “maybe later list”, people you have recently met through networking, people who have purchased and/or hosted a party for you in the past, best customers, friends, co-workers, family members, hairdresser, clerk at the store, moms from the park.
Begin making 5 calls a day. Set a goal to personally talk to (no voice mail) at least 5 people who you can share the opportunity to host a party with. When you start your calls, set a goal to create interest with people. If you’re calling someone you previously met at a party, let them know you have been thinking about them. Ask them how they like the product they ordered. Are they using them? Are they enjoying them? Talk about exciting new products that have come out since you saw them. Let them know that you appreciate them and all they’ve done for your business. Let them know what’s happening with Tupperware. Let the know about the incredible offers to Hosts For Record Breaker. Let them know you would love to do a Record Breaker Party for them. Offer Bonus Prizes for your closest dates and try to date into one week at a time, beginning with your first available date and working forward. If it’s not a good time, ask them who they know? When you call to simply create interest, you will be surprised at the dramatic results you get – before you know it, your calendar will be full once again!
The first dating you get should be you! Schedule a Mystery Host party in your home. Enter each guest in attendance in a draw to win the free host credit. The more people you have there, the more opportunities you have to get datings.
Schedule Business Time
If you have taken most of the summer off, you need to start again. Schedule time for your business every day to get the momentum going again. Don’t just do the “organizing work” (stamping your name on catalogues and organizing your office doesn’t count). Make sure you are doing things to grow your business.
Potential Fall Hosts
Do you have your list of potential fall hosts who said they would have a party when the summer was over. Well guess what! Summer is over! Contact them now and encourage them to hold a party in the best month of the entire year, RECORD BREAKER!
Potential Consultants

Coach Every Host Well
Once you get those datings, make sure you host coach well. The single biggest reason parties postpone or cancel is because we didn’t touch base with our hosts and party plan them well. If we are talking to our hosts regularly, we can help them overcome any difficulties they are having. For example, if a host is concerned about her attendance, we can let them know that it’s okay if they don’t have ten people coming to their party – four or five is a great number too. Many hosts cancel their party because they don’t think it’s worth our time to come for only four or five people. We can prevent a cancellation before it happens just by keeping in touch.

Attendance at Events
Have your Future Hosts, Hosts, and guests from your parties attend the “Celebration & Guest” Event. Promote this with all of them. Recruiting is always at an all-time high during this season, so why not take advantage of this Event and get them there!
All of our Events are Guest Events. They are structured to show the benefits Tupperware and to create the interest in becoming part of it. Everyone is looking for an additional stream of income. Take advantage of it! Remember, sales always follow recruiting, so if you want to get paid 4 ways instead of 2, just bring in more people to our Events!
Datings
Redate hosts now for Record Breaker Specials. Begin promoting it now! “It’s Record Breaker and I don’t want you to miss out! My calendar is filling fast, so which is best, Tuesday the 1st or Thursday the 3rd?
Create a dating blitz for yourself. Step up the activity. Time is of the essence. This is the time to create the momentum you will need to carry you through the fall and holiday season, so pick up the phone now!
We are in show business! So book shows! Book more shows! And book even more shows! Our parties are the backdrop of our business. Not only do parties provide an arena for our personal sales, but more importantly, they create a training ground for new consultants, a place to obtain the best recruit leads, and an unlimited source of referrals for future business.
So, book too many shows! And start right now! If you can’t possibly do them all, that’s okay. Let everyone at your parties know that “Business is booming. I have more parties than I can handle, I’m looking for some sharp people who would like to help me hold them!” Ask your hosts who they know who can help you do all the parties! When you have that type of leverage, you’ll be amazed at the success you’ll experience in your business!

The more obvious: higher sales, greater profits, happier hosts, more datings and possible grand openings. Create an ongoing program or offer special incentives to your hosts for 10 or more guests at their party. Encourage everyone to bring a friend with them (bring a friend, get at gift). Gifts are inexpensive and create excitement.
More guests at the party also mean that you have more people to date future fall parties. When a guest doesn’t date the night you meet her, it doesn’t necessarily mean that she will never date a party; it just means not now. The more guests you meet at your parties, the more potential hosts you will have when you call them back. Always leave the door open for call backs. Remember, the fortune is in the follow-up!
