What to Do When You Have a Recruit!
Once you have registered your new recruit into the system, you want to start them off with the best possible start, even if they are a discount buyer. Please follow these steps for their best successful start.
Step 1 - SELLER or DISCOUNT BUYER - Find out if New Consultant is a Seller (wants to make money) or Discount Buyer (Personal buying) - Let Kelley/Stephanie know if Seller or Discount
Step 2 - ADD THEM TO APPROPRIATE FACEBOOK GROUPS

Step 2 - ADD THEM TO APPROPRIATE FACEBOOK GROUPS
- SELLER
- Put in High Hopes Organization Group.
- Do a "Welcome to the team" Post and tag the recruit.
- Put in New Consultant (High Hopes) Group.
- Comment and tag them on Video 1 to get them to start watching.
- DISCOUNT BUYER
- Put in Discount Buying with High Hopes Group.
- Do a "Welcome to the Discount" Post and tag the recruit.
Step 3 - WHAT TO DO WITH SELLER
- INITIAL TRAINING WITH STEPHANIE - Encourage them to set up a time with Steph. Stephanie will reach out to them.
- FIND OUT WHAT KIND OF SELLER
- Hobbyist? Part-time? Full-time? Online or home parties?
- INVITE TO MONDAY NIGHT EVENTS
- Explain the different meetings. - Celebration, Demo/Cooking Class, Training, Jump Start
- NEW CONSULTANT TRAINING - Follow up and coach them to complete the 4 videos.
- Remind them to comment after they have watched each video.
- Have them write down any questions under the videos.
- Have them go to the New Consultant Section of this website and help them navigate the training here.
- GRAND OPENING - Book a Grand Opening Party - HOME PARTY/ FACEBOOK PARTY/ ZOOM
- Party Plan
- Set the Standard
- READY, SET, ACTIVATE - Keep track of their program.
- Update them on how close they are to each level.
- Post in the High Hopes Organization Group when level is achieved.
- ENGAGE - Tag and encourage them to come to weekly meetings.
- Engage in Facebook Posts (Company Challenges, Party Perks, etc)
Step 3 - WHAT TO DO WITH DISCOUNT BUYER
- INITIAL TRAINING WITH STEPHANIE - Encourage them to set up a time with Steph. Stephanie will reach out to them.
- INVITE TO MONDAY NIGHTS
- ENGAGE - Tag them in new samples, specials, Party Perks Posts, Company Challenges.
- Have them go to the Discount Buyer Section of this website and help them navigate the information available to them.
- FOLLOW UP - Ask if they are interested in becoming a Seller.
- If yes - Do everything on SELLER LIST above.
