My Story
After high school I followed my dream. I wanted to be a Heavy Equipment Operator. I went to College and attended school for Mobile Crane. There were only 4 females registered in the union I joined at that time. I worked towards my hours as an apprentice and ran various other pieces of equipment until 1999.
In 1999 I gave birth to my second son and was never able to go back to my trade. I suffered from mental illness, and for many years was unable to work because of this. My emotional well being wasn’t good. I searched for help! After many years and therapy, I was able to learn to cope with my mental illness, wean myself off a cocktail of medication, and now, especially in the past 5 years, have been able to turn my life around. On January 31, 2018, I attended a Tupperware Event and it changed my life. Two days later, I decided to join Tupperware and work my way up the ladder to becoming a Manager. Four Months later, in May, 2018, I became a Manager. Currently I am a proud Manager of a team of amazing consultants. Mental illness has such a stigma attached to it and at one time in my life I felt hopeless. Today, I am proud of what I have accomplished. Tupperware has made me grow into a better person. I am self confident. I am able to work with people. I am able to work with the public. I am a mother of 3 grown boys, 2 beautiful step children and 5 amazing grandchildren. I love my family! I love Tupperware! I’m so glad I joined! Tupperware has given me a new direction in my life. All my new friends and customers I have met in my business make my life even more rewarding. Thank you Tupperware! Accomplishments & Rewards
