My Story
Hi everyone I am Julie, a wife, a mother of two children, a bus driver, and of course Tupperware Consultant.
At the end of February, 2013, my husband and I were talking about me going back to work full-time when my daughter started school in September. We sat down and crunched numbers and figured out I needed to make an additional $200 a month on top of my part-time bus driver job. If I could do that, I could continue to stay home with my son and daughter. I began to research home party businesses. About a week later a friend of mine invited me to her Tupperware party. I decided to go and check it out. I went and had a blast. I realized that I had actually owned a lot of Tupperware already and loved it. I asked many questions about the business and couldn't believe the extra incentives and income like bonuses, trips, free Tupperware and more that I could earn. I booked a party at my friends party and left the party. I barely walked in the door at home and began talking my husband's ear off about Tupperware. I couldn't believe it, I could start selling for just $35 and start my own business. After talking with my husband, I gave Stephanie Moore a call, and told her I wanted to give it a try! What did I have to lose! I was so excited to start. I began my journey in March, 2013, with Tupperware. I got the word out about my new adventure. My family and friends were very supportive. I had a great attendance at my Grand Opening Party with 21 people in attendance. Six people booked parties and I knew I had made the right choice. I couldn't wait! At my second party the remainder of my kit was paid for. I continued earning product in my confident start program. I got host gifts, modulars, a stack cooker, and much more. I completed my confident start program within my first 12 weeks earning an iPad. I was enjoying doing parties and found it easy to talk about something I loved. What was great was I was able to work my parties around my husband's shifts at work. I was making the income to continue to stay home with my children. Being a bus driver and a stay-at-home mom didn't give me much adult conversation. With Tupperware I'm able to get out, see other adults, and party for a living. Before I knew it I was promoted to a Manager, then Star Manager, then Director. When I began to work more for my part-time job, I enjoyed the flexibility of Tupperware. I started selling Tupperware to make $200 a month and be able to stay home with my kids. I stay and continue my Tupperware business because I love it, enjoy the adult time, the flexibility, and all the friends I have made in Tupperware! Accomplishments & Rewards
