Have a Fundraiser
I conduct fundraising activities using Tupperware products to assist your organization to raise funds. This activity will require very little of your organization’s executives and regular leadership teams time. They have very little to do, I do the preparation, processing, packaging, and follow up.
Tupperware is a well-known extraordinary product that is not available in stores. It has been a well-known product for over 60 years, has a lifetime warranty, is designed to save your supporters money by maintaining the quality of stored foods, facilitating bulk purchasing, and is environmentally friendly. Tupperware has designed a fundraising program that will allow your organization to raise more profits than ever before! Your supporters will receive full value for their money and your organization will receive 40% of the value of the Tupperware sold in CASH. A cheque in this amount will be issued to your organization within two weeks of the fundraiser.
Your organization has no costs. I supply a fundraising envelope for each participant. At a regular meeting, a contact person(s) from your organization will pass out the fundraising envelopes to the participants in their group. Two weeks later the contact person(s) will collect all sealed fundraising envelopes (with payment inside) from each participant. I will collect these packages from the contact person(s), order the product, package the product, and two to three weeks later, deliver boxes of Tupperware labeled with each participant’s name on each box to the contact person(s). Along with the delivery, a profit cheque of 40% will be presented to your organization as well as a detailed report showing participation and profit. The contact person(s) will distribute all labeled boxes to the appropriate participant. Inside each participant’s box will contain supporters orders listed under that participant. The participant will be responsible for delivering each bag to the appropriate supporter.
There will be no need for a committee to organize or pack the products. It’s all done for you!
With Tupperware fundraisers, the average order is $30. Which means your organization receives on average $12 in cash per order. A small fundraiser for example, with 20 participants involved, would collect 200 orders (20 participants at 10 orders each). Your profit from that fundraiser would be $2400. Your group has no cost to cover. If all your participants make a reasonable effort to collect orders you should have a profitable fundraiser with very little effort and no costs or risks for your organization.
It would be beneficial for me to make a presentation to your organization executive in charge of fundraising. The presentation generally takes 15 minutes plus time for questions.
I can adapt this approach to suit the needs of any organization or group that raises funds to support its activities and causes.
Below is our product in our Fundraising Brochure. If you have any questions or would like to book a fundraiser, please contact me.
.
Sincerely,
Kelley Lightfoot
