Executive Mangers in the Director in Qualification Program (DIQ)

As an Executive Manager, you can make the commitment to becoming a Director and be part of the Director in Qualification Program (DIQ), to achieve Director Title. As a DIQ, you hold personal parties and continue building a unit that holds personal parties.
To be paid as an Executive Manager in the DIQ in a given sales month, you meet or exceed the following qualifications:
1 standard personal party ($600 in personal sales)
15 standard unit parties ($9000 in unit sales)
9 active, personally recruited, level one unit members
As an Executive Manager in the DIQ Program, you are paid monthly in CASH and PERKS
Here is what you receive in CASH:
25% Cash Commission on your personal sales
When you personally hold 3 standard parties ($1800) in a sales month, you earn a $50 Cash bonus
For every additional standard personal party ($600) over 3 standard parties ($1800), you earn an additional $50 Cash bonus
$200 Step-up Cash bonus for achieving the title of Executive Manager for the first time
4% Cash Bonus on your monthly unit sales (3 levels deep)
Vanguard Cash Bonus (1 of 4 levels) on your monthly unit sales (3 levels deep). V1 - $50 to $70 / V2 - $80 to $120 / V3 - $140 to $185 / V4 - $210+
$150 Executive Manager Bonus (Car Cash) every month in which your unit achieves $9000 (must have 2 months of $9000 unit sales initially to qualify for this bonus)

To complete the DIQ Program and qualify to become a Director you must achieve:
63 standard Dream Team Parties ($37 500 in Dream Team Sales within three consecutive sales months - but you could do this all in one month or two) - Dream Team Sales are your unit sales plus the sales of all of your recruits' recruits (all levels deep), excluding the teams of any downline Directors and the units of any downline Managers who have completed one month of qualifying sales in the DIQ Program.
2 members of your Dream Team with qualified Manager Sales or earning their Title of Manager (in your last qualifying month).
Completing the DIQ Program, you will receive $1000 CASH Step-Up Bonus for the first time.
