My Story
Hi Everyone. I'm Celine. I am 24 years old. I live in Brantford Ontario with my fiancé and my amazing 3 year old son. Here is a bit about me and my start in the Tupperware business.
I grew up with Tupperware. The funny thing about that is, I had no clue it was Tupperware. I remember my mother having some cool containers, one she put celery in, the other she would use to steam her vegetables. I recently found out that they are Vintage Tupperware! I was so amazed when I found out, that I fell in love with the product even more! I didn't really think about "Tupperware" as a brand name until I moved to Brantford with my fiancé. I even used to call crappy containers from the dollar store "Tupperware". Yes, I know, shame on me! I went to my first Tupperware party that was hosted by my mother-in-law, who by chance, is also a Tupperware Consultant. At the party, I got the luck of the draw, and won almost every prize that evening. It was amazing! I thought about starting that evening, but hesitated, due to my fear of talking in front of people. A few months later, I went to a Tupperware Event - Celebration Night - to celebrate a family member who was starting in the business. After listening to all the opportunities that Tupperware offered consultants and the amazing training and support that was available, I decided to say YES to it's opportunity. I started as a Family and Friends Consultant - one who just sells casually to friends and family through book sales. With my mother-in-law, I started to attend weekly training. With her help and support and the ongoing weekly training available, I became more confident in being in front of a group of peers, and in no time, got past my fear of talking in front of groups. My new found confidence has led me to try home parties, and now I quite enjoy talking in front of groups and sharing the product and business that I love! Some of my favorite things about being a Consultant are the opportunities you get through the business. Free or discounted Tupperware! Free Trips! Endless help that is all around you! And the TFF's (Tupperware Friends Forever) you get along the way! And the best thing about being a Consultant for me, is that I am in control of my business and the hours I work. I can schedule my own work hours so I never miss an important milestone in my son's life! Accomplishments & Rewards
