My StoryI opened a Quilt Store in 2005 and by 2015 I decided it might be time to retire. I was about to reach "that magic age" and although I had never really considered being retired, it was fast becoming a reality. The next thing I had to consider was...what am I going to do all day other than talk to the cat???
A month before the shop closed forever, my husband attended a Healthy Cooking Workshop with Kelley Lightfoot. Next thing I knew, we were having a Tupperware Party in the Quilt Shop! The party was a Hit! We had 15 people in attendance and had 6 parties booked. After watching Kelley all evening and noting how she really seemed to love what she did, I decided that this could be the thing for me. I needed something to keep me busy and also supply me with some type of an income.
Before I knew it, I was making my way through the Confident Start Program. Every Level I achieved brought me great free products from Tupperware that I used to build up my kit. When I reached the end of the program I received a full set of Tupperware Cookware which I will be giving to my son who is a Chef. That was my first huge accomplishment with Tupperware. I was recruiting at the same time and was working my way to becoming a Manager. I became a Manager five weeks after joining Tupperware. I love having a goal to work towards but I never thought I would still be doing it after I retired!
I love selling Tupperware and meeting new people. My goal is to continue to build up my team and become more successful with my Tupperware Business.
